AR Podcast #18: Bright Red Fire Hydrant

Arcadian Podcast featured image

The Arcadian Rhythms Podcast returns, this time with a special guest and some interference from a mobile phone.

Between static the team talk hub worlds, JRPG fanart, drinking and entropy problems, Dragonlance, ludonarrative dissonance, mechanical constructs, mechanical arms and team building.

AJ fails to understand the full scale of Child of Light (forgive him, he played it on hard), but he is not wrong about Dead to Rights: Retribution (Dylan agrees).

Shaun calls for parity and more love for God out of the machine.

Dylan talks coherently – mostly – about shooters and the general gamer experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast, although I am frankly still rather embarrassed by some of my comments at the end. I was both hungover and drunk at that point. Rarely a good combo!

When we recorded all the discussion about Wolfenstein, The New Order had yet to be released. It sounds like an excellent game and for the first time in a long time, I'm looking forward to playing a Wolfenstein game!
